Dr. Rudolf Huber is stepping down from office by mutual agreement

Due to differing views on the concept of leadership and management, Dr. Rudolf Huber, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the PERI Group, is stepping down from office by mutual agreement as of September 30, 2018.

For the time being, the position of the CEO will not be filled. Therefore, with immediate effect, the GGF will again consist of three persons: Alexander Schwoerer (Marketing & Sales), Dr. Fabian Kracht (Finance & Organisation) and Leonhard Braig (Product & Technology).

“Dr. Huber has accompanied PERI in various positions since 2009. The Shareholder Family and the Advisory Board thank him for his many years of service and his valuable contributions to the successful development of our company. We wish him all the best in his private and professional life”, said Christian Schwoerer, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the PERI Group.
