Las Torres de Hércules, Los Barrios, Spain - Over the entire height, oversized letters into the concrete facade symbolize the inscription "Non plus ultra".
Las Torres de Hércules, Los Barrios, Spain - For constructing the 40 cm thick concrete wall with an outer radius of 25 m, the VARIO GT 24 girder wall formwork was climbed on 12 ACS self-climbing platforms respectively.
Las Torres de Hércules, Los Barrios, Spain - The ACS G self-climbing variant carried both the internal and external formwork as well as the concrete placing boom mast to the next cycle each time.
Las Torres de Hércules, Los Barrios, Spain - With help of the ACS self-climbing technology, the two circular towers rose steadily upwards in regular 10-day cycles.
Las Torres de Hércules, Los Barrios, Spain - The climbing process was unaffected by the weather and took place without a crane using the proven ACS 100 climbing units.
