It is important to continuously improve the service life of your PERI products with regular maintenance. At PERI Malaysia, we can offer the cleaning and refurbish of your PERI assets for a select range of our products, upon request.

Combining the knowledge or our systems with PERI genuine replacement parts and the skills of our operations teams, we can extend the life of your PERI products so that you can continue to get the best performance from them on site. 

These services are available for panels of any width, with heights ranging up to 3m.

What do we offer?

Cleaning of apertures
Tie points and location holes are cleared.


Formlining repairs
All tie holes are cleaned and plywood surface damage repaired. Bearing surfaces cleaned and straightened.


Panel refacing
Panels are refaced with high quality plywood cross-bonded, coated with weather resistant glue on both sides for durability and multiple re-uses.


Repainting of external profiles
If required, external profiles can be repainted and prepared for dispatch back to site.


Welding
If required, welding for special fabrication can be done upon request.
